1.
A Mentor has been nominated for a batch of 15 students, and the students are
interacting then and there about the academic and placement activities.
2. Students attendance, Unit Test marks, University Results are informed to
the concern parents then and there.
3. Contact with parents over phone whenever necessary arises.
4. Feed back in the prescribed format is obtained from the students regularly
to improve the efficiency of Teaching and learning process. Institutional
feedback is collected from the passed out students (ALUMINI) and from the VIP
visitors through “ VISITORS NOTE BOOK”

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
|
Each mentor is in charge for 15 students. The mentors meet the
students every week and have a discussion about their academic performances.
Principal & HODs are regularly monitoring the performance of the
students. Department meeting with HOD and all staff are conducted on regular
